Installation: It is recommended that the SRS-22-FM Flush mount Air Cleaner be installed in areas that have no more than 12 foot high ceilings. The SRS-22-FM Flush mount replaces either 1-2x4 tile or 2- 2x2 tiles from the suspended ceiling. This SRS 22 FM is used when the clearance above a drop ceiling is less than 13". Due to its slightly narrower housing, it will actually fit between the grids of your ceiling tile allowing some of the machine to be above the ceiling grid and the rest to suspend down. This SRS 22 FM can also be mounted in solid ceilings where the joists are 24" on center.

The weight of the system does NOT rest on the ceiling grids, but must be secured above the suspended ceiling to a permanent structure such as a joist or beam. All filters on the SRS-22-FM Flush mount are accessible from the louvered door and hinge door on the face of the system.

How it works
Our Drop Ceiling Flush mount HEPA Air Cleaners draw the smoke and other airborne pollutants into the unit with its strong 1000 CFM fan, 95% of the smoke particles are removed with each pass. The remarkably clean air is then discharged back into the room providing a healthier air for your patrons and staff to breathe. Practically all of the smoke particles, dust, dirt, pollen and other contaminants are removed from the air passing though the air cleaner. Even the microscopic airborne particles are trapped. Our HEPA Air cleaners are VERY effective Smoke Eaters!
